If you deal with life-threatening food allergies then eating out is a whole other ballgame. Due to the severity of my son's food allergies, we do not allow him to eat any foods at restaurants unless they come in their own packaging such as sliced apples at McDonald's. Oven Fried Chicken

This recipe for Oven Fried Chicken topped my list.  I do enjoy fried chicken, but I rarely have it because I try to avoid all the excess fat and calories.  This one though was perfect, because there is minimal fat and no oil!  Perfect! Sunbutter Banana Smoothie

  I have been trying to really watch my diet especially my protein and snacks.  One that I knew I had to try was a Sunbutter Banana Smoothie, they are rich in protein and delicious!  Plus, my toddler is happy to have one of these too.
