Sometimes you just want cookie dough. Sometimes you want a ton of it. I had one of those moments the other day and realized that there is quite a difference in taste between “regular” cookie dough and allergy friendly cookie dough. After much searching, I stumbled upon Edible Egg-less Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and adapted my own version.
You can make this in about 5 minutes, it’s super simple. The key is mixing the ingredients well. Then, of course, eating every single bite of it.
