Oreo Smoothie

Sarah has had a hard time in the past getting veggies into her kids, so she ended up taking extreme measures and masking it among Oreos.  She found out her son could have Oreos and after finding that out they started making more smoothies and shakes. Food Allergies 101: Eating Out

If you deal with life-threatening food allergies then eating out is a whole other ballgame. Due to the severity of my son's food allergies, we do not allow him to eat any foods at restaurants unless they come in their own packaging such as sliced apples at McDonald's.
