King Arthur Products

Has anyone used King Arthur products?  I was so excited when visiting the store last week to find this Gluten Free All Purpose flour, even more excited to find it's completely allergy free and produced in a factory free of the top 8 food allergens. I was so excited in fact that I am now going to be trying several recipes with not only the flour but with their cake mixes and pizza crust as well. Breakfast Made Simple: A Sunbutter Bagel

Sunbutter is a staple in our home. I do realize many are allergic to sunflower seeds so this product might not work for everyone but my boys can't get enough of it. Oreo Smoothie

Sarah has had a hard time in the past getting veggies into her kids, so she ended up taking extreme measures and masking it among Oreos.  She found out her son could have Oreos and after finding that out they started making more smoothies and shakes. Coconut Milk Whipped Cream

Food Allergies 101: Eating Out

If you deal with life-threatening food allergies then eating out is a whole other ballgame. Due to the severity of my son's food allergies, we do not allow him to eat any foods at restaurants unless they come in their own packaging such as sliced apples at McDonald's.
